  A Special General Meeting of the Associations' Club Delegates will be held at the Bentleigh Bowling Club on Wednesday, 24 June 2009, at 7.45 p.m.

The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held immediately following the above mentioned meeting and is scheduled for 8.15 p.m.
